Submitting the enquiry form on this site sends your details to Simple Loans Pty Ltd for assessment. We may also disclose information to regulators, government bodies or law enforcement where we are required or authorised by law to do so. We do not sell your personal information.

Consent to be contacted

When you submit the form you consent to being contacted by phone, SMS and email about vehicle finance. This consent applies even if your number is listed on the Do Not Call Register, as permitted under the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth). You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to an SMS, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or emailing privacy@simpleloans.au.
